Meet Ashley Shovel, MS, LPC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree from the University of North Texas in Counseling with specialized coursework in trauma and play therapy, and founder of Allied Therapy Center. I have been practicing since 2018 with experience in intensive PHP/IOP programs, as well as individual, group, and family outpatient care. I value connection and empowerment as we embark on a powerful journey of growth and healing together. I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and Chocolate Lab, as well as exercise and trying new restaurants and foods!
