I'm here to help you navigate the difficulties of life and meet you where you’re at, whether you’re an adult, teen, or child. I value connection and strive to support you on your journey to healing and growth.
Specialties
I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced sexual or psychological trauma and abuse, Anxiety, Depression, co-dependency, low self-esteem, PTSD, and life transitions. I work with individuals and families who need help to improve parenting and co-parenting skills, communication, boundaries, and grief through talk, activity, and Play Therapy.
I value authenticity and directness and can help you improve self-image, reduce shame, increase confidence, and reduce negative beliefs about self.
Treatment Approaches
My work with trauma led me to seek specialized training in childhood sexual abuse, self worth, and resiliency. This training includes Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Trauma Focused – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
